ABOUT
Grayscale Season are a four-piece from Gothenburg, Sweden, combining low-tuned eight-string guitars, dissonant heaviness and fragile clean vocals with a two-vocalist setup that moves between melody and aggression.
Independent since their first release in 2013, the band have released an EP and four albums, working with Buster Odeholm (Bring Me The Horizon, Humanity’s Last Breath, Vildhjarta) across their three most recent records.
Their fifth album, The Weight of Things We Cannot Touch, arrives on 20 November 2026. Recorded independently by the band and produced remotely by George Lever (Loathe, Sleep Token, Thornhill), the album was mixed by Odeholm and mastered by Seth Munson (Bring Me The Horizon, Teddy Swims).
Grayscale Season have previously toured across Europe, with shows in Sweden, Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, alongside appearances including Helltown Festival in Helsingborg.
